What are the vetting criteria of the Small Entrepreneur Research Assistance Programme (SERAP)?

The commercial R&D projects submitted for funding support under the SERAP will be considered according to the following criteria:

1. The innovative, technological contents of the project.
   
   
2. The likely commercial potential of the proposed project deliverables.
   
   
3. The capability and level of commitment of the project team.
