The Steering Committee is responsible for advising the Government of the HKSAR on matters related to the Innovation and Technology Industry-Oriented Fund (ITIF) and Innovation and Technology Venture Fund (ITVF), including the selection of fund managers and co-investment partners; reviewing the terms of the legal documents between the Government and fund managers and the terms of the Master Agreement between the Government and co-investment partners; and the management of the investments of the ITIF and ITVF.
