2025-11-18 With effect from 18 November 2025, the application threshold for the New Industrialisation Acceleration Scheme (NIAS) has been relaxed by lowering the minimum total project cost from $300 million to $150 million. 2025-11-18 The Government has launched the "Pilot Manufacturing and Production Line Upgrade Support Scheme"( Manufacturing+) on 18 November 2025 to support enterprises carrying out manufacturing operations or running production lines in Hong Kong to formulate smart production strategies and introduce advanced technologies into their existing manufacturing operations or production lines.
